For consumers who want maximum convenience, along with high-speed Internet service, TDE is pleased to offer a range of DSL access plans. Our DSL services are provided in partnership with Qwest, and service is available anywhere Qwest offers their Qwest DSL product within the 303, 720, and 970 area codes, including Denver/Boulder, Ft. Collins, Greeley, Vail, and Grand Junction, among others.

To determine whether you can obtain DSL service from Qwest and TDE, visit http://www.qwest.com/residential/internet/other_isps.html, and click the Order New Qwest DSL Service button. If you qualify for service, you can place your order directly online. Be sure to select DENVER EXCHANGE as your Internet service provider. We'll call you when we receive your order to finalize details.

All consumer DSL plans come with the following:

• Basic business or personal web site (members.tde.com/username)
• Dynamic IP addressing (static available at additional charge)
• Web-based access to e-mail (from anywhere with Internet access)
• Usenet news (NNTP) access
• Web-based access to Usenet news (from TDE's network only)
• FrontPage Server Extensions for web site development (upon request)

EconomyDSL Plan For typical Internet users who want DSL speed and convenience at the lowest possible price, and who choose Qwest DSL 256, Qwest DSL Deluxe, or Qwest DSL Pro Deluxe services from Qwest.

Important Notes

• TDE billing cycles start on the 1st of each month, and end on the last day of each month.
• Monthly services are paid for 1 month in advance, with over-usage fees paid the following month, if applicable.
• Consumer DSL customers are not permitted to operate servers or server applications over their connections.
