For New DSL Customers

• If you have NO EXISTING DSL service, order online at Qwest's DSL ordering web site at https://orderdsl.qwest.com/order/welcome.asp. Select "Order New Qwest DSL Service." When prompted, select DENVER EXCHANGE as your ISP. We'll call you within one or two days of your order due date (from Qwest) to confirm your order, and make billing and payment arrangements.
  
  
• If you are an EXISTING TDE customer, but currently are using a Qwest DSL circuit with ANOTHER ISP, we'd love to be your new provider of choice for DSL. You can make this change online at Qwest's DSL ordering web site at https://orderdsl.qwest.com/order/welcome.asp. Select "Change Existing Service." When prompted, indicate a change in ISP, and select DENVER EXCHANGE as your ISP. We'll call you within one or two days of your order due date (from Qwest) to confirm your order, and make billing and payment arrangements.
